There was a lot of noise leading to the SEC Championship game between Auburn and Georgia. With playoff implications, and revenge being bandied about. The 'Dawgs put an end to all the talk in a convincing 28-7 win in Atlanta.

Turnovers plagued the Tigers after their initial drive. Auburn opened the game by marching into the redzone, and then Jarrett stidham hit Nate Craig-Myers on a quick slant for a 6 yard TD.

Auburn continued to drive the ball well, and the next trip inside scoring territory Stidham fumbled the snap, and the Dawgs recovered at their 16.

The second half started well for the Auburn as well, only to end at the Georgia 14 yard line with a blocked FG.

In the 4th quarter, while mounting another drive, Kerryon Johnson fumbled at the Auburn 48 yard line. Two more drives that resulted in 3 and outs doomed the Tigers hopes of winning the SEC Championship.

Now the Auburn faithful await news on which Bowl game invitation our Tigers will receive.

WAR EAGLE!
